Summary
Bruce comes home with a child. His name is Dick Grayson.
---
It was not often the three of them miscommunicated with each other. Their lives depended on consistent, effective communication.
But when Bruce was too focused on talking to the lawyers and Nathaniel too focused on handling the press, Thomas seemed to slip through the cracks.

Summary
It was, unfortunately, the third time they'd had the argument. Thomas didn't know how it started this time, but he had a hunch.
"It's hard to trust someone who could leak all of our identities and weaknesses and get off completely scot-free," Hal was ranting to the assembled table of heroes. Thomas simply stared at him.
Barry was nodding along, even if he seemed guilty to be doing so. Oliver stood next to Hal in solidarity. The others seemed fairly indifferent, except…
Clark had this hopeful look in his eyes, even as he gave Hal a disappointed glare.
-
"Batman, you never told me your identity."
Thomas nodded. He hadn't.
The way Clark blinked several times made Thomas want to tilt his head. What was so confusing about this?
"Do you think that I…" Clark trailed off. "Why do you think I'd look?"

Summary
The news was told that Martha and Thomas Wayne had one lovely son. They were told they were taking their son, Bruce, to the movies. They were told Bruce watched his parents get shot in an alleyway when he was eight years old.
This is simply untrue. It was Thomas Jr. in the alleyway. Bruce was at home watching a movie he’d already seen before with their third brother, Nathaniel.
It was Thomas, named for his father, who was wrapped in a jacket by a kind police officer with the name Gordon. It was Thomas who went home that day with the knowledge that he was an orphan. It was Thomas who couldn’t speak for days, even weeks afterwards.
It was not Bruce, the namesake of his parents’ ruse, who went to the movies that night. Bruce preferred to watch movies in his own home. The manor had a theater room for a reason.
It was definitely not Nathaniel, named for a distant relative, who went to the movies, and was in fact banned from going to the movies because he would talk and cry the entire time.
It was all three of them that felt that loss, however.

Summary
“So what do you say? Join us, Farrow! Become something great, and you’ll be able to continue on this path of glory. Be loved and adored by all, and be able to help those you care about!” Mr. Pres spread his arms wide, as if ready to offer the world to a young Technoblade.
And Technoblade, without a moment of hesitation, said yes, because that was all he ever wanted.
-
“You already know what you want, don’t you?” Puffy asked gently. Techno nodded, slowly. He did, didn’t he? He had a name picked out, one he’d carved into his sword, something he’d been wanting to be called for years. But. He couldn’t ask to be called Technoblade.
His wrist hurt. He didn’t want to be called Technoblade.
His sword reminded him of something, though.
The God of Blood, that was what he meant to put on it. But that was too long, so maybe he could translate it? What was that in Greek?
Techno grinned.
“I want my hero name to be Aimatheos.”(Or, Farrow King is eight when he becomes a hero, he's twelve when he stops his first robbery, he's eighteen when he becomes the best hero in the world, and he's twenty-two when he loses his memory.)

Summary
Luz runs away from home, and ends up in the Owl Beast's mushroom circle. With an angry Uncle Philip awaiting her if she stays on Earth, she gives Eda her name, and is taken to the Otherworld. While there, she makes friends, gains a mom, another brother, a girlfriend, and learns to read. It's all uphill for her. She just wishes her original brother could be here to see this.
—
Hunter's sister has been taken by the Fae, and he will do anything to get her back. "Anything" includes learning to defend himself, to kill Faries, and to worship the ground his Uncle Philip walks on. It also includes following her into the lion's den, because he'll do anything to get his sister back. Anything.
—
Luzura could feel the way the Fae curled around her, probably feeling something like joy.
"Hexcellent! Give me your name, child."
Just a part.
Hunter did always call her Luz.
Oh, Hunter. He was probably worried. He'd probably spend the rest of his life wondering where she'd gone— wondering what had happened to his sister. She couldn't leave him like this, she needed to say goodbye. To stay. To take him with her.
Thud. Thud. Thud.
"Luz."

Summary
“And get this.” Tighnari leans forward conspiratorially. “Durin apparently wanted Hat Guy to show him around the Akademiya. He initially said no, but then Durin pouted and he agreed.”
Kaveh’s jaw drops, gasping with all the dramatics that this situation requires. Alhaitham’s eyebrows even raise slightly, almost like he’s impressed. “What?” Kaveh whispers. “This is the same guy who once told a toddler sobbing in the street to get a hold of himself, yes?”
“Precisely.” Really, Tighnari doesn’t consider himself one prone to gossip. He’s more so… intrigued. Have they known each other for a long time? If so, why haven’t they ever heard of or seen him until now? And how would they know each other?
There's a new dragon in town, and he somehow has the ability to befriend Hat Guy of all people. Tighnari, Cyno, Alhaitham, and Kaveh (who have all known Hat Guy for much longer, thank you) are determined to solve the mystery.

Summary
“Hat Guy, are you really okay?”
He was fine. Okay, he was not. But he should be. Especially when those puppy dog eyes would start tearing up if he told the truth, so he hid it for as long as he could.
Eventually, Durin would know that he had been lied to.
Still, just as always, the dragon stayed by his friend’s side. He remained with him when the ‘poison’ from Dottore’s projectile caused Hat Guy’s core to work overtime in flushing it out, resulting in a feverish-like state.
“You’re going to be okay…” Durin whispered to the puppet and to himself as he continued the soothing motion of running his fingers through the other’s hair.
