Summary
Dogs were once wolves. Transformed over time by heavy Hylian hands, domestication blunted their fangs and soothed their wild nature. They became docile, and unwilling to speak out. Wild wasn't a dog, but that didn't mean the metaphor affected him any less. After a lifetime of servitude and silence, it was only natural that his sharp edges had been smoothed, his spirit dimmed.
Eight other heroes won't change his life so quick, but they can certainly nudge him in the right direction.
Or, another chain meets Wild fic, but Wild is much less 'wild'.

Summary
When Wild finally comes to, he's on the ground, arms raised to block any attack that might be coming. Then he looks around and realizes that he's no longer in his Father's office; the second thing he notices is that everyone is crowded around him in a circle, and they look horrified. The last thing Wild realizes is that Time looks like the spitting Image of his Father.
Wild gets pulled into an unhappy memory from when he was a child. Time becomes the father that stepped up.

Summary

Whatever anyone might say about it later, it’s not a rash decision when Jason chooses to put his immortality to the test. He’s spent weeks thinking about it, actually. Weeks where he can’t quite put it out of his mind. He’s even been wearing a heart monitor on patrol for a while now, just in case he has a potential death on the job.
