    Sonic was acting weird.
    Ever since they’d left Amy’s birthday party and returned to Tails’ workshop in Mystic Ruins, Tails had noticed Sonic was... off. No, not even after - he’d noticed even during the party he’d been a little spacey.
    But now, Sonic was holed up in his room, and Tails had no idea what was even keeping him busy. He hadn’t even gone on a run, and that was a red flag.
    And the fact that he’d stayed in one place for this long...
    Yeah, something was definitely up.
