Summary
Noah Cauldwell (age 25) is a History and Architect major in his last year of Graduate School at Washington State University. At the start of his second term, his small grad cohort embark on a field expedition to Saudi Arabia—led by their Major Professor Dr. Harding—to gather photos, materials, and resources to help them complete their thesis and present their Masters Defense.
While exploring a temple, Noah ventures further inside past the roped-off portion to get exclusive snapshots. One misstep was all it took for the ground beneath him to crumble and send the screaming architect down into the catacombs. As Noah searches for a way out, he stumbles upon a mysterious golden lamp and inadvertently gains a friend: Ali, the magical genie of the lamp.
Ali grants Noah three wishes, and until the architect uses them all he’s stuck with the genie. Now, Cauldwell has to navigate the rest of his college life with a bubbly, happy-go-lucky djinn that’s crashing at his apartment with him.....and drags Noah to all sorts of community events. And they’re roommates. My God, they’re roommates.

Jason swears he is never playing fucking monopoly with his family again.
He doesn’t know how, but he is certain that Tim and Cass were cheating. There is no way they should have had as much money they ended up with.
Never again.
But, that does not get him out of his current predicament.
See, because Jason is apparently an idiot, the family had placed a bet on this game of monopoly. The first to go bankrupt would have to do this stupid trend that Dick had seen online, where grown children go up to their parents randomly and climb into their laps to see how they react.
Sure, why the hell not! This will be so funny when anyone but him loses.
… and then Jason goes bankrupt first.
OR:
Jason loses a bet. But when Bruce finds out about the bet, he reacts in a way the family would never expect.
