“I see,” Dazai said distractedly. He paused then, truly processing the words, and Chuuya saw the moment it clicked.

Dazai heard his mobile go off. Dazai groaned, stretching and crawling as much as he possibly could to reach the phone. It had slipped out of his hand when he’d crashed.Chuuya
Come on, just a little more, Dazai willed himself. Every small movement sent sparks of pain through him.
Just as his fingers grazed the phone, he was pulled back.
The screen blanked before lighting up again.

And as he stepped into the living room, the pit in his stomach widened into a void, acrid scent hitting him all at once.Chuuya finally had a full view of Dazai. And it did not look good. It wasn’t only his face that was blank — he was staring at the ceiling with a similar dead-eyed stare, completely unresponsive.

When Chuuya "surprised" Dazai with news of some unexpected guests, he thought his day couldn't get any more worse. All Chuuya's fault obviously. And then it does get worse.

A last ditch effort to stall. “Do I have to?”
“Yes,” Yosano-sensei said, exasperated but leaving no room for argument, “you have to.”
Dazai groaned. She was so not mentally prepared for this.
“Wish me luck, Yosano-sensei,” Dazai said, moving from her leaning position.
Yosano waved her away, “Yeah, whatever, don’t faint, be back soon.”Dazai moved towards the infirmary door. Yosano turned away. That’s when it happened.

Atsushi picked the phone off the desk. It was an incoming call from ‘Slug’. Might as well pass the phone to Dazai-san as they go.
With that thought, he started towards the infirmary door in the corridor. Atsushi’s tiger hearing picked up sound before the others did. Atsushi stilled for a breath.
Everyone’s attention snapped towards where the sound came from.
A cry and something hitting the floor.
Atsushi recognized it. And Atsushi knew. And Atsushi ran.
It was Dazai-san’s voice.

“I’ll treat you so much better this time, doll. You won’t try to leave me again, and I’ll worship you like I always wanted to.” Chuuya says, voice fervent with the promises he intends to keep.
His ears catch on the sound of people approaching and he releases Dazai’s grave, turning to look behind him. His men are carrying a metal briefcase, bowing their heads in respect as they approach him and the grave.
“We got the relic you requested.” One of his men says, and Chuuya rises to his feet.
OR
A slightly younger Chuuya (19) hailing from another universe shows up in the main timeline to claim Dazai for his own after accidentally killing his own. The ADA and regular Chuuya have objections.

Summary
ADA and PM are forced to guess truth or lie and if they are wrong, they will be forced to watch the part of that person's life as a punishment. But the things complicate a little, when one of the cards have more unknown informatoins than known. And who would've thought it was Dazai's card!
OR;
They are forced to watch Dazai's life, that wasn't one of the cleanest and the happiest, as things start to go down when he was still just a little kid.

Nakahara would say, his hard work had paid off.
Finally having Dazai within reach, head against his chest, stray strands of freshly shampooed brown hair tickling his chin and said brunet napping safe in his arms while they laid on a couch in a small countryside house he had purchased, was a great fucking outcome.
He made sure to hide his tracks, no one would find them. Not his other self, not the Special Ability Division fucks, not the Mafia nor the Agency.
No one.
And if Dazai somehow found out he isn't Chuuya?
That's fine, he'll do whatever it takes to keep his partner by his side.
