“Guy’s a psycho, he belongs in freakin’ jail,” Reki sniffs. “But it doesn’t matter, he’s rich, so he gets away with a bunch of shit.” He shrugs. “We’re just kids, y’know. This ain’t our world. It’s theirs.”
Theirs. Langa rolls his tongue across his teeth. Reki means it’s the grown-ups world. He’s not wrong.
