What is it that went down between them that made Janus so guilty and Logan so angry when he reappeared? The missing scene as I've chosen to imagine it between Janus and Logan before Janus appears to impersonate him.

Hunter groaned and put his head in his hands. “I think I’m going crazy, Luz,” he sighed, “I’m having memories of Flapjack being with me in times I know I hadn't met her yet. Like-like when I was a kid, it's like she's there when I didn't know she existed. And sometimes I hear her and it scares me half to death.”

Summary
The worst thing about his nightmares, he decides, lying sweaty and awake in his bed, staring at the ceiling with wide eyes, is that they always begin with something real. It makes it so much harder, when they start with something real.
Janus hooking him with his cane and dragging him out of the video turns into Janus deciding he's a better Logic, and keeping him trapped, locked in his room for forever, no one ever noticing a difference or caring.
Virgil telling him to “shut your mouth or I'll shut it for you" turns into Virgil standing over him menacingly, paralyzing him, as the needle and thread pulls through the skin of his lips, and it hurts, but crying only gets salt in the wounds and they burn.
Remus throwing a ninja star at his head and trying to booby trap Thomas's apartment turns into a “The Most Dangerous Game" situation, sprinting through the forest, Remus's cackle ringing out behind him as he flees. Dirt cakes his nails as he tries to scramble up a slope, agony exploding through his shoulder as the morningstar comes down on it.
They aren’t real, but they are based in truth. And some days, he thinks they aren’t far from what the others want.
