This situation he found himself in, sad and broken with Eddie on his doorstep. He didn’t want to make him worry, he didn’t want to take up more of his time being a burden.
– Or Buck receives a text message he’s hoping he'd never receive, and he deals with that the only way he ever has, by avoiding it.

Barry gasped, taking a sharp step back [which, in Barry-speak, means he zipped halfway towards the exit], while Clark could only stare endlessly.
Batman—Bruce, stood stock still, posture suddenly and sharply rigid. His expression remaining neutral while his eyes, in stark contrast, sharpened with promise of ruin.
Green Arrow wasn't even in the slightest fazed, putting his right ear's airpod in Bruce's ear before returning his attention to his phone—bobbing his head to the music. Even returning his right elbow to Bruce's headrest, encroaching on his personal space.
Bruce's brows barely twitched, as if adjusting to the music in his ear. Before returning his gaze to his tablet, working as if nothing had happened.
Clark and Barry were gaping.

-or young Batman AU where Bruce ends up revealing his identity to the Justice League after several close calls and they’re basically really surprised at his age. Young Bruce acts like a teenager sometimes cause it’s cute :D Nobody can convince me that baby Batsy wouldn’t throw a fit once he’s revealed. I like the idea that Bruce gained a bit of an accent from Alfred, so he puts on an overly Gothamite accent when he’s vigilanting? Batmaning? Heroing?
Might write more later to be part of an ongoing storyline, hopefully.

I'm getting an insulin pump.
A wide grin split his pink lips apart, a sense of pure giddiness rising from his stomach. His hands bunched into fists and he pumped them in the air, his feet kicking up, too. "Yes, yes, yes," Buck celebrated in between his honest-to-God giggles. Then, his eyes went wide as he remembered why he asked Janise and Paige to step out.

MONDAY“I’m just saying, if ghosts were real, they wouldn’t be hanging out in Hawkins!” Robin argued, feet swinging just above the ground from her perch on the counter they were supposed to keep clean to prep toppings for the ice cream, but three days after training ended, Steve had elected to stop caring about things like that.
He shook his head as he muscled out a scoop from a fresh (freezer-burnt) tub of sorbet. “You are so incredibly wrong it’s not even funny.”
Robin sighed in a way that Steve knew meant she was rolling her eyes, feet tapping an even staccato rhythm against the cabinets as she gently kicked back-and-forth. “No, I am absolutely right. If what you said about ghosts only being formed by super-traumatic deaths is true, then there’s literally no possible way that ghosts hang out in Hawkins.”
Steve couldn’t help but snort. The irony was not lost on him, for once.

Her best friend is a secret witch and gives Buck a womb made specifically for him so he can finally have all of Eddie’s babies.
And Eddie, well, Eddie wants to start the baby-making as soon as possible. Buck is more than willing.
