The not-Reo beckons his Nagi to come along, waving to Reo as they begin to walk away, “Good luck with the contest! I think you’ve got the best shot at winning out of all the Reo’s I’ve seen today!”
“Thank you—”
Unfortunately Reo is interrupted.“But just so you know, the short part of his bangs is on the wrong side of your wig!”
“And your eyebrows are way too small,” adds the not-Nagi.
They’re the first and only words Reo hears come out of his mouth before he’s placing a hand on not-Reo’s lower back and leading him away.
They wait for no response, simply leaving Reo there, with his mouth in a flat line and a twitching eye.

Nagi makes a pointed effort to try and ignore him, speaking affirmations to himself in an attempt to curb his irritation, “I could swallow Reo whole,” he mumbles, “Reo can take me. I’m Reo’s treasure.”
Not Hugo. Never Hugo.There’s no doubt in his words because it's not something to be questioned. Nagi Seishiro is Reo’s just as Mikage Reo is Nagi’s.
This French dude is just an interloper. A footnote villain in their love story.

Rudo is a good kid in a difficult situation, not that that matters much because tonight his main concern is making it home alive. With his phone dead and no idea where he’s at, Rudo is forced to depend on his foster brother’s boyfriend Jabber to get home home.
But with Jabber's proximity comes information about his foster “brother” that Rudo was previously unaware of, and a little bit of context goes a long way for solving the mystery between recent animosity between Zanka and Enjin.Series

“Goka!” Zanka hisses, eyes wide as he tugs on his brother’s sleeve and subtly points at the group, “Goka, who are those people?” The awe in his voice is clear.
They pass each other, Zanka leaning his head behind Goka to continue staring.Quickly, Goka grabs Zanka’s arm that holds his sleeve and pulls him forward.
“Ouch!” He cries. The sudden movement had hurt his shoulder. “Goka-”
“Those people,” Goka interrupts, voice suddenly clipped, “are Cleaners. The Hell Guard works with them sometimes. But you should avoid ‘em as much as possible.”
“Okay.” Zanka accepts easily. If Goka says someone is no good, he’s usually right.
“They’re sick in the head.” Goka grits out.
Or, Zanka grows up wondering.
Or, or, my completely self indugent fic where I make Zanka into a trans girl because I think she has something going on. Something something, repression, something something, Givers as a metaphor for queer awakening.
