Ja’hon clasped his hands together and performed a low bow over his joined fists.
“I am Ja’hon Kelt, Warrior of Zeison Sha. I also look forward to our exchange.”
One corner of the assistant’s mouth rose just slightly. Perhaps she was amused by the farce.
The Zeison Sha were strong warriors, but their abilities and techniques in the Force could not compare with the Sorcerers of Tund. And his people in turn had little to learn from the mystics and academics that would better their own fighting techniques.

Maria felt herself nodding.

Summary
He was cold. That was not so special. Maul was often cold. His head hurt too, but Deenine had told him that was ‘correct for his biology’ and gave him some kind of numbing stuff he was supposed to rub on the bumps where his horns would come in.
He wasn’t sure he wanted horns.
Deenine said many predator species had horns and horns were ‘often associated with ferocity and aggression’, so that sounded good. But the scariest person in the world was Master, and he didn’t have horns, so maybe they weren’t that important.
When he asked Deenine if Master would take Maul’s horns away if he asked, Deenine zapped him. It was the kind of zap that hurt very badly, the kind Deenine rarely does if Master is not watching. Maul knows what it means, that Maul did something dangerous.

Like, what if the open ending was purposely designed for the reader to have as much fun as possible imagining what happens next?
As I replied to a comment on the first fic, these are like a choose-your-own adventure where I am too lazy to write all the possible endings. They are supposed to be fun!

Summary
Two months later, Jamie is the top sales rep at the company, he's still got absolutely no idea what it is he's selling, and Roy Kent follows him on Twitter.
The Twitter thing takes Jamie on a real emotional rollercoaster ride. First of course he flips out with excitement, then he thinks it's probably a joke account or something, then he sees that it's verified and flips out again, then he crashes down to earth remembering how many celebrities (or celebrity accounts run by assistants or whoever) just follow everyone who mentions their name, and then he sees that Roy has only followed six accounts: the official AFC Richmond account, Nigella Lawson, Cher, Keeley Jones, a woman whose avi looks like she's probably related to Roy... and Jamie. In that order, meaning he followed Jamie first.
