Christmas was approaching in the Pitt and Dennis already knew he wouldn't be celebrating. He dealt with enough at work given his inappropriate work crushes, familial guilt, and general want for the season to be over. Trinity refused to let him skip and so Dennis is pulled into the Secret Santa. Only problem? Dennis pulled half of the married couple who won't stop touching him.

Dennis had gone still. His eyes, those ridiculously expressive eyes, had flickered with something that looked like his heart breaking in real time. But he’d nodded, a sad smile on his face.
“Okay.” Dennis had said gently. Too gently. “If that’s what you need.”
That was what gutted Robby. Dennis had been so damn nice about it.Or, Robby’s avoidant tendencies get the best of him, and after falling head over heels in love with Dennis, he decides he needs space.
