Summary
The light that was once in his eyes appeared to have gone out within the last 24 hours of preparing for Damian’s funeral. There was no body recovered, which makes the loss even harder for the family. All that was retrieved was Damian’s medic bag, half burnt and faded, but still Damian's. Since it was the only thing recovered, it was decided that that was what they would bury in a little plot of land in the woods.
Takes place immediately after "Symbol" By Lizzie2117. This will not make sense without reading that first.
