Summary
Back then, the Watchers were seen as benevolent deities. Blessing the people with life and joy.
But that was five years ago.
Suddenly, the Watchers had turned. They weren’t as benevolent as they were before. Their blessings turned into curses as the world rotted into destruction and despair.
Grian, currently suffering from a strange case of amnesia, wakes up in the midst of this destroyed world. With a vague note and an eccentric man named Scar, Grian traverses across the land in order to find a way to completely restore his own memory.
Martyn and his two companions, Pearl and Scott, search for freedom. For a place that isn’t the desolate land they are trapped in. The only thing blocking their path is a field of dangerous traps, and their unwillingness to trust each other.
The two groups meet, and whilst finding the answers to many of their questions, they discover that their fates may be more intertwined than they could have ever imagined.

Aka: If I had a nickel for every apocalypse AU I’ve written where one of the characters has amnesia, I’d have two. Which isn’t a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Summary
The fourth iteration of “Grian’s Death Games” (not that he puts them together all on his own…) has been the best yet for Grian, but his hours have run short. He should be ready to head back to Hermitcraft, to his unfinished base, his wings, and all his various relationships he refuses to define, but this time when he hears the lightning crack and watches Jimmy die first for the fourth time… Grian simply won’t let it happen.
He’s Grian, he can get anything he wants, if he’s persistent enough.
So Grian lives that final day over and over, searching for a way to free Jimmy from being the canary - working harder some days than others, as he spends more and more time with the Bad Boys he’ll have to leave behind, as soon as he wins his new game and sets Timmy free. Time that they’ll never remember, no matter how much it means to Grian.
But he’s Grian. He can get anything he wants, if he’s persistent enough.

You didn’t answer my comms, so I came to find you.” The redstoner’s eyes crinkled in amusement and he glanced pointedly at Grian’s wings. “It’d be embarrassing if I got there before you, mate. Besides, at this point I’m so used to flying with you, it’d be strange not to have you by my side.”

Mumbo reached him inside the cage before eyes erupted from everywhere outside the bars and they all pinned him in a glare and Grian faced him and his face was eyes too. Then he changed and looked like the Grian that Mumbo knew, but it was like all the life had been scraped out of him, and his dead eyes looked through Mumbo as if he wasn’t even there.
AKA a harmless experiment on the Rift between worlds goes terribly wrong, and Mumbo and crew have to figure out how to get their favorite avian back from the Watchers, but the End Deities have a few surprises up their sleeves
