Summary

Lando was late again, by exactly one minute.
Oscar glanced at his watch, then at him. “Late. We start tomorrow.”
That set Lando off immediately. He hissed under his breath, furious, but careful not to shout inside the library.
“By a fucking minute?!”
“Irresponsible,” Oscar said flatly, as if Lando’s outburst barely registered.
Or, Lando Norris, a fourth-year business management student and captain of the university’s soccer team, is one failure away from being benched, which could also jeopardize his graduation. Oscar Piastri, on the other hand, is a third-year medical student, top of his class, a certified nerd, and brilliant enough to tutor. A university scholar that tutors for the money.
Oscar is Lando’s tutor. Lando, used to getting away with everything, money, a stellar reputation, a name that opens doors, has never had to struggle to stay on top. Oscar despises people like him. He hates that someone can coast through life on charm and wealth while others, like him, have to work relentlessly for every scrap of success. Lando embodies everything Oscar loathes.

Summary
After surviving teenage serial killer Peter Pettigrew, James Potter just wanted a break. Unfortunately, his methods of escape catches the eye of The Order of the Phoenix, a notorious department of the FBI, who seek his help to interview other juvenile killers who they haven’t been able to get talk.
Even though James spent years trying to move on from what happened, something like that isn’t easy to escape from, and he reluctantly agrees to help for the sake of saving other people like him who just happen to befriend the wrong people. But when The Order is called to make a profile on an active serial killer case— one who exclusively hunts teenagers— they must turn to the help of a dangerous incarcerated killer. With the help of his partner Remus Lupin, James finds himself becoming the conduit between Regulus and The Order. But while Regulus seems to be giving them the information they need to save innocent lives, he’s an expert manipulator playing a very dark game.
