Summary
If knowing you is a spear, Clancy writes in a haze, pen spilling black pools of ink at the start of the letters, then loving you is the wound. And the spear may leave the confines of my body, but you best believe I keep on bleeding.
This is the thing about Clancy, really, is that he keeps on bleeding.

He's come to the realization, over this past year, that Torchbearer is cruel.
This thought that once seemed impossible was now his reality. Nova cannot sleep without Torchbearer projecting into his mind, threading himself through Nova’s dreams with eyes that know every weakness, bringing memories he never asked to keep.
Torchbearer brings tenderness like a blade.

It was laughable to imagine. Who would've thunk, old church boy Tyler, considering one of the few legal sex work options as a side hustle.
He comforted his hesitance with the knowledge that he would have a fake name anyway, and it's not like anyone he knew would call.

There was melted snow in his boot, and it squashed against his sock like the hick before you vomit. He did not wonder about the indifference life chose to rid people, especially now.

Summary
Josh Dun said he should chase it.
Tyler Joseph said he’d never say no.
Last tornado season, amid failed deployments, breathtaking intercepts, and moments that nearly cost them everything, rival storm chasers Tyler Joseph of StormPar and Josh Dun of the Wranglers found something unexpected in the heart of the storm: each other.
But when the skies cleared, reality set in. Different contracts pulled them in opposite directions, and their brief, intense connection was left behind with the wreckage.
Now, a new outbreak is brewing – and for the first time since that fateful season, StormPar and the Wranglers are targeting the same zone. When Tyler and Josh find themselves back in the same corral, the winds shift once again.
As old rivalries flare and buried feelings resurface, they’ll have to decide: will the storm rekindle what they lost, or tear it apart for good?

“A five hundred year old corpse, is that what you love?” Armand presses, silken and dangerous. “Or merely this pretty lie with its pretty hands inside you.”
Or: Daniel tells Armand he loves him. Armand puts it to the test.

ISO: Carer to look after my father for 8 weeks this summer.
Dad is 71, early stage Parkinson’s disease, broke his hip 6 weeks ago. No signs of cognitive decline; mostly needs help with household tasks (cooking, light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping), getting dressed, showering, changing cat litter/general cat care, getting to and from appointments.
Please know what you are getting into; Dad is physically more or less in good health but awful at accepting his limitations, unnecessarily mean, generally uncooperative, and largely nocturnal. Imagine yourself caring for a feral raccoon that is convinced it’s going to write another book, then subtract everything that is cute about raccoons.
$20/hour, roughly 4 hours a day. Must be able to pass a background check and lift 50 lbs. Patience of a saint not required but preferred. -

Summary
“I’d love to meet with you,” Davey said, apologetically, when he had been called up by a fellow looking to initiate therapy, “but I’m all booked up for months.”
“Are you sure?” The fellow said, through a poor connection that crackled.
Davey had been sure. And yet. Right there in his calendar was a blank spot, just a few days away, which he had somehow completely overlooked before. “How about that…I’ve got Wednesday at eleven, if you can make that work.”
“What a miracle,” the fellow said, “that would be just the perfect time.”
