La historia ocurre unos instantes después de la pelicula, con el supuesto triunfante regreso del Napoleon del crimen, quien tristemente se ve frenado en su llegada al poder debido a un nuevo criminal en la ciudad, un asesino firme y de mano dura que esta dispuesto a limpiar a londres de todo mal.
¿será capaz Ratigan de volver a su estatus de mente criminal? ¿Basil podrá atrapar a esta nueva amenaza?, descubrelo y embarcate en esta simple historia escrita por amor a esta pelicula e intenta darle el amor que Disney no pudo <3
