Summary
This is not fair. Jean has spent—he was—for five years of his teenage life, Jean had prayed for Kevin to even spare a glance his way. He’d hoped beyond hope, hoped enough to never hope again, that Kevin could take his eyes off the court for a single moment and look at him. The only comfort in any of it had been that Kevin could not like Jean back because he did not like men. To hear now that Kevin does makes the truth of the situation impossibly harder to bear. Fifteen years old Jean-Yves Moreau would have shaken out of his skin at the new bit of information.
Twenty-four year old Jean Moreau feels his mouth go dry.
It is shameful, but impossible, not to wonder for just a moment what would have happened had Kevin realized this sooner. In teenage Jean’s mind, there was never a chance, never anything to reach for. How different would things be if he knew there was the smallest one?
Or: when Kevin joins a team in the same city as Jean, Jean is forced to take a closer look at the choices he has, and hasn’t, made. Pairs are always destined for an eventual reunion.

Summary
“Jeremy,” Kevin says, mildly, “you’re making a mess.”
Face buried so far between Kevin’s legs he can barely speak, let alone breathe, Jeremy’s reply is a muffled, “Sorry.”
He can’t see much of Kevin’s face from this position, kneeling at his feet with his tongue latched to Kevin’s clit, but he hears the sigh in Kevin’s voice. Putting his phone down, Kevin shakes his head. “It’s fine,” he says, but it does not feel fine.
Jeremy is making a mess. Of himself, mostly—despite the projected boredom of him, Kevin is wet, and the stickiness spreads onto Jeremy’s face the closer he gets. It’s all he can taste: in his mouth, over his nose, dripping down his chin.
Or: Jeremy’s favorite part of league-wide banquets is seeing Kevin.

Summary
After a recent breakup, Andrew and Neil drag Kevin out to their local BDSM club, where he meets Jean and Jeremy – two men who are like no one Kevin has ever met before. Devastatingly handsome, intelligent, and confident, they pursue Kevin unrepentantly, and Kevin finds himself slowly falling for their advances.
But while his interest is captured, he can’t help but notice some of the cracks in the façade. The brightness of Jeremy’s smile, the smooth avoidance in Jean’s conversation – there is more to both men than meets the eye.
When all of their skeletons are finally laid bare, Kevin will have to decide: Is the cost of vulnerability simply too high? Or will letting them in give him something so much greater than he’s ever known?

Summary
And there it is: all the indulgence Andrew needs. He had made his bed, and now they get to sleep in it. A lifetime of deals on deals on deals — Kevin might be the first person to really take Andrew up on the offer of til death do us part.
“You assume too much,” Andrew tells him. “You want to test the patience I do not have. You want a chase that you will have no chance of winning.”
The non-committal sound Kevin makes next is immensely self-satisfied. “Are you taking pity on me, Andrew?” He asks, with the kind of faux deferentiality that makes Andrew wonder why this kind of behavior has gone through Kevin’s entire life unchecked. “Are you actually taking pity on me?”
Or: the steps of a car crash, as told by the Foxes' sanest pair.

Summary
The sight of it is too much — already pre-come beads at the tip, a hot, furious throb crawling over him as a droplet travels down to the base. It’s humiliating. It’s filthy. It looks like he hasn’t had a day of relief in his life.
Kevin’s eyes go half-lidded. His fingers gently trail up the shaft, rubbing pre-come against the sensitive skin and startling ever so slightly when Jean twitches at the attention. He circles the head with his pointer finger, then asks, rather quietly, “You must want it really bad, right?” A shiver crawls up Jean’s ribs. “To be inside of someone, I mean.”
It’s such a—clinical way of putting it. Like Kevin is a god, and has decided he does not want to be one of the kind ones. Subdued and vulnerable, Jean manages out a ‘yes’, fingers digging into Kevin’s hips.
Or: in retaliation for misbehaving, Jean is to spend his rutting period locked away from Raven society. Kevin disagrees.

Summary
Kevin Day was twenty the last time Andrew had seen him; stiff-backed, hair cropped, hand bound in a canvas brace. The winter banquet had been hosted at Breckenridge that year, the Evermore Ravens on the other side of the room from the Foxes.
Kevin Day had been standing with the other coaches, though, not the players. And Kilduáin is a very long way from Breckenridge.

Summary
Neil Josten is the only recruit Kevin will take for the Foxes. They need him. And based on Josten’s attitude on the court, he needs them too.
Neil will be a Fox— he just doesn’t know it yet. Kevin has plans for him, and Neil’s going to fulfill them or die trying.
Andrew's objection to Josten’s existence presents a small challenge for Kevin, but it's really none of her business what goes on between those two— as long as it doesn't affect the game.

Summary
One would think that, being a necromancer, Kevin Day would be more excited at the prospect of immortality. And maybe he was, once, before he had actually sat foot inside Canaan House.
...
Based on prompt #1, or: "the locked tomb au where kevin and riko are necromancers and jean is their cavalier. they are invited to canaan house by the emperor to achieve lyctorhood, but kevin refuses to perform the lyctoral theorem on jean. riko, on the other hand, has no qualms about it. "
