Summary
Stanford just stared at the man he used to know. It was almost painful to look at him. He’d been preparing the script in his mind for days, the words that would make up the perfect apology. He’d wanted it all to be perfect, for him. For Fidds.
... So why was nothing coming out?
He held out the bouquet, looking so damn nervous it bordered on a health risk as he shoved it forward.
“Yours. They're-.. the flowers. They're yours. I'm so sorry- ” Stanford stammered, almost immediately stumbling over his words and internally wishing he could fall into a hole and never come out again.
Fiddleford was more than shocked to see Stanford holding an actual bouquet of real, natural, honest to God flowers for him. He took a hesitant step forward, closing the small space between them. He looked up at Stanford’s face, somewhat owlish in his expression, before he gently plucked the flowers out of Stanford’s hands. A strange silence passed between them. Fidds turned them over in his hands, studying them closely, before looking back up at Ford.

Summary
Tenna’s first reaction upon seeing Spamton again, which was to spray him with foam, should’ve been an early warning sign of how their relationship would go in Castle Town. In simple words: not good.
With Tenna forced to come to terms with his loss of power and Spamton eager to take advantage—adding on years of separation, misunderstandings, and pent up anger—it wasn’t a surprise that things turned out this way.
So, with all that in mind, why in the world did they keep coming back to each other?

Summary
Stan and Ford have been sailing around the Arctic for months when they end up in Norway to investigate another anomaly. There Stan is faced with an old face he never though he'd see again, let alone in Norway. Having not fully recovered his memories from his time on the streets yet, Stan struggles to recall what kind of relationship he had with this figure from the past, all the while Ford grows more and more hostile towards the man for seemingly no apparent reason. Old insecurities begin to rear their ugly heads, and the older Pines twins are forced to confront their pasts head on.
In other words, Stan and Ford learn how to communicate better through the power of bonding over terrible exes.
