Summary

Summary
“Angel,” Crowley’s voice sounded like it did back on the bench outside of Tadfield years ago. Tentative and tender and so, so full of reverence. “You’re not just enough for me. You are everything,” he sighed. “Do you trust me?”
It was a question loaded with six thousand years of dancing around each other, of the push and pull and proclamations of hostility that neither of them believed.
“We’re on our side,” Aziraphale said softly. “I trust you above everything and everyone.”

Gabriel betrays them. Crowley helps Aziraphale pick up the pieces.

Summary
Tony hums, deep in thought. He tries to remember if he had heard that name before. “Freddie Mercury?”
“Yes, nice young fella — clean shaven.”
Tony throws him a marshmallow. Aziraphale picks it up and sticks it in his mug.

“Damned if I know,” Crowley opened his eyes, “damned if I don’t. Damnation all around.”
Aziraphale frowned. Crowley was starting to sound delirious.
“What— what if I don’t come back?”

Summary
Well this is awkward. Crowley suddenly runs into Aziraphale. Turns out, the angel has been tasked with taking Jesus to Earth for the Second Coming but Aziraphale keeps finding new reasons to postpone it. Like having Eras tour tickets. Do you know how hard those are to come by?

Summary
How lucky Aziraphale is, to live in perfection. It should be shared, he knows, but still, his being protests against the thought. Eden is his, and no one else has set foot in this guarded haven.
Until now.
Aziraphale looks up, another apology ready at the tip of his tongue, but the red-haired stranger has disappeared without a trace, like he’d never even been there.
“Hello?” Aziraphale calls out tentatively, and the nightingales sing in return.
No one else answers him.

Summary
"I thought I told you," Crowley opens, pulling up a chair and plopping himself into it with a petulant thud. "I'm not talking to you about anything. Not until you’re ready to talk about-"
"About us, yes, yes," Aziraphale says, also choosing to forgo a proper greeting. “I made sure to give that particular subject priority on the list. First order of business: The Matter of Our Indelible Mutual Romantic Interest."
Crowley just stares at him for a long moment, dumbstruck. Aziraphale continues to look quite pleased with himself.
"...Alright," he eventually manages, both confused and alarmed. "Where the fuck is this all coming from, then?"
"The agenda?" Aziraphale answers, gesturing to the piece of paper he’s holding in his hands. "I thought having one might come in handy. After all, we have quite a lot of ground to cover."
-
Aziraphale suddenly decides that he and Crowley need to get on the same page, for all the good it will do them.

Summary
Crowley is quiet for a moment before responding. “Angel,” he says, voice low. “I don’t think the apology dance is getting us out of this one.”

The art of repair can be a tricky one. In certain instances, one may find that fixing that which has broken requires a person (or an entity, as it may be) to adopt a non-linear mode of thinking. This is not an undertaking for the narrow of mind, nor for the faint of heart. It is a very, very delicate operation.
Which is to say that, sometimes, under truly dire circumstances… you may find that the solution calls for breaking things even further.

Summary
"That went down like a lead balloon," he mused to himself. No answer.
There really should've been somebody guarding the greyish stretch of bricks. There were angels positioned at the northern, western and southern gates, but not the eastern. Like a compass She had forgotten to finish. But the Almighty always finished what She started; it was the entire reason he was here.Extreme sanctions. Just something made up to scare the cherubs. But Michael wasn't bluffing about erasing Aziraphale from the Book of Life. And — selfish motivations or not — the Metatron was too late to save him. His name, and 6000 years of life, went up in flames. What changes when such an ancient being is erased? What happens when Crowley loses his best friend and doesn't even know about it?
Most importantly, how is he going to get him back?Bookmarked by lilibetpride
