Now that there’s Robin, though, the crow’s nest has a whole new appeal to him.
What started as a couple drunken kisses has gradually shifted into trying (and failing) to hide the suspicious looking marks from the rest of the crew, and then, without warning, Zoro is finding himself paying for Robin’s drinks and stressing over picking out the flowers she will like at the market. Just like a pathetic loser.
It is essential, he learns. To be a bit of a pathetic loser, if you want to make your woman happy.

Unlike his counterpart, original Chen doesn’t play with his food; the first thing he does is throw his hand forward, sending a bright jolt of electricity straight into Chanyeøl’s chest. It’s quick, and unfair, and unavoidable, and before he knows it - Chanyeøl is falling down, seizing, gasping for air.
He hits his shoulder on the corner of the bed, but barely feels it - everything pales in comparison to the bright, red-hot, wrong fire burning in his chest. The pain goes down slowly, each wave smaller than the last, and at one point he can breathe again, and straightens out from where he was curled on the floor in a ball of agony just now.
