Golden eyes broadened upon instant recognition, which was mirrored by a deep cinnabar gaze.
“Kojiro?!” Kaoru asked incredulously, all traces of fatigue in his tone vanished. He knew he wasn’t mistaken, the viridescent hair, traces of ruby in his eyes, strong cheekbones. But he looked so different.
He had grown so much since the last time Kaoru had seen him. Hefty, bearded, striking. Kaoru forgot how to breathe properly at first glance because this was his Kojiro he once knew.
On the other hand, Kojiro didn’t take very long to recognize Kaoru in return, while he was ogling at who may be his long lost best friend.
In a series of unfortunate events, Kaoru, heir to the throne, finds out the commander of an army who once saved his life he must marry to bring peace in the middle of national affairs his kingdom has caused.
To make things complicated, said commander just happens to be Kaoru's long lost best friend who vanished several years ago. Kaoru is sick of it all, and Kojiro is tired. Everyone else is there, along for the ride to cause problems. The story of a fallen kingdom that rose from the ashes.

“Hmph?” Chief Prosecutor Edgeworth didn’t even look up from the tax return he was currently examining. “Now? Don’t be ridiculous. We still have two years of receipts to sift through.”
Apollo and Prosecutor Gavin goggle as their bosses argue their way through the least-romantic proposal, engagement, and wedding they've ever witnessed. It's almost as if, to Mr. Wright and Mr. Edgeworth, wedded bliss is equivalent to a long bickering legal debate crammed in amid an ongoing investigation.

Miles nearly spit out his iced tea at the question. “What?”
Phoenix didn’t even have the sense to look embarrassed. “Well, I never really asked when I propositioned you. It didn’t seem relevant, considering our agreement was for optics.”
“You think I was queerbaiting?” Miles gasped, scandalized.
Phoenix shrugged. “Six years ago you would have considered it tactfully advancing your career.”
“I spoke at pride events!” Miles exclaimed, drawing some dirty looks from the elderly couple in the booth across from them.
“All I’m saying is I’ve never seen you with anyone, especially not any men.”
Miles rolled his eyes at this. “Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t have any time to go on dates with handsome young pursuers while I was busy saving my husband who jumped off of a bridge!”
At 20 years old, Phoenix asks Miles Edgeworth to marry him. Fifteen years and a lot of W-2s later, they finally say their vows.

The two of them are standing next to each other—a captive audience to Midoriya and Kota roughhousing—when Kota hauls off and dick punches Midoriya as hard as he can, really not holding anything back. Midoriya goes down with a choked gasp that has Bakugou chuckling fondly beside him.
When Shouto looks at him, he’s smiling softly. Proud, like Kota just won gold at the science fair or helped a little old lady walk across the street.
“He’s absolutely your kid, huh?” Shouto asks, voice deceptively neutral. “Like a mini version of you.”
Bakugou shoves at his shoulder, rolling his eyes while trying not to laugh. “Shut the fuck up, Half ‘n half.”

Shouto’s been a nanny for the last few years and is well versed in both kids and their high maintenance parents. He’s worried he may have finally met his match in “perpetual problem child” Kota—only to find out they get along perfectly.

When Bakugou wakes up in the school infirmary with a killer headache and two massive bumps on his head, he finds out his life has been turned into a game. To be more specific, a dating sim with only two available variants: he gets a ‘happy ending’ and starts dating one of his acquaintances or he gets a ‘bad ending’, where he dies or dies or, you guessed right, dies.
To make matters even worse for him, he’s only a character to his own game - not the player. That role had been delivered to the other unconscious patient sprawled on the bed next to his, Todoroki.[AKA unwilling Todoroki needs to play Cupid for an unwilling Bakugou]
