Rounding the corner at the back of the store, the fetid stench of putrefied meat hits Aki like a physical blow. Mountains of once fresh food decay in broken freezers. Gagging, Aki covers his face with his sleeve. There aren’t any doors and there don’t seem to be any bodies. His eyes water. He can barely stand the smell, but he peers at the open freezers, taking half a step forward to look down the aisle. No bodies on the floor. Satisfied, he goes back to the pharmaceutical section, where the air is much clearer.
As he’s considering the back of a packet of pills, he hears an ear splitting scream—

Summary
Sometimes when stars are formed, three can burst into life. However, they cannot stay this way. Gravity won't allow it. And so, one is inevitably rejected. Violently, sometimes. But when the walls of the solar system are closed, rotting, falling apart and back into themselves, where is a wandering star to go, but back home? Back to the focal point? Back to the cradle of gravity?
The visions of the time loops have become a fact of life. A new Traveler, is a fact of life. But when errors start happening, when movements are copied and two wandering stars seem at the risk of collision, something has to change. If only anyone knew how to fight the pull of gravity.
