There was an altogether different reason why, out of his jobs, this one was definitely the worst.
Part of what made it the worst was the coworkers. Council President Niijima Makoto took herself way too seriously, trying very hard to be more mature than her age. Still, at least with her, he could be confident that she would get her work done, quietly and efficiently. Niijima he could work with.
The rest of the council was an entirely different matter though, being both a) incompetent and b) prone to gossiping.
It all started with two tattletales, continued with two students asking for trouble, and ended with Goro lying on the floor of a castle in this other world with a monster looming above him.
