Summary
I read 'The price of victory' and asked the author if I could do a sequel, and I got permission. So I am picking up where that story stopped. I did change a few characteristics to make the story mine.
After a drugged Nie MingJue sexually assaults Nie HuaiSang, they leave for the Cloud Recesses, hoping Lan XiChen can help HuaiSang heal. While Nie MingJue returns home to investigate the Wen sect drug that made him act out, HuaiSang stays at the Cloud Recesses.Series

Meanwhile, Wei Wuxian is desperate to find and save Lan Wangji. Left with the echoes of a song and his own complicated feelings, Wei Wuxian only knows that he cannot rest until he gets his zhiji back
Except, the Lan Wangji that comes back is not the one he knew
Thirteen years later, Lan Wangji is resurrected into the body of Mo Xaunyu. This time he might just get a chance at love and maybe even save everyone in the process
