Summary
After Voldemort’s fall and the death of the Potters, the wizarding world believes that Harry Potter was placed under protection among Muggles, far from magic and power. Because that wasn't enough of a challenge, I also made a world very similar to Victorian England with harsh discipline, honor, and proper comportment. I created a world where first-gens are used to replenish the magic of families, so while second-class citizens, they are necessary every three generations to keep the family magic alive. Beloved Hekate is the goddess of magic, and she does occasionally interfere, too.

Maybe even a bit more than flattered...This is a cute romance with Narcissa refusing to admit that she's falling for the "wrong" guy. It's Black Sister antics with Bella and Cissy flipping between about to kill each other and best friends. Andy is just her going about her business while Cissy acts like she'll die if she doesn't get attention. None of them see boys as people and it's very funny. Also they speak bratty Parisian-girl french.

Summary
Short version: A different year five at Hogwarts in an alternate universe where all of the other books leading up to this one were slightly different.
Long version: This is basically me changing a lot of stuff about how Hogwarts and the wizarding world works, then writing a story about how Harry managed to defeat Voldemort at the end of the Triwizard Tournament with the help of a man he knew next to nothing about named Regulus Black.
The story begins, as per usual, on Harry's birthday, as Harry is presented with the realization that his next year at Hogwarts will be very different this time. He is forced to think about what will he actually do now that his supposed "destiny" to face the Dark Lord had already came and went.
Disclaimer: I wrote this for a friend, and I'm definitely not as well versed on the HP universe as she is, so I'll do my best here, but I'm out of my comfort zone, so be warned.
