Summary
Stuck in a role made for you, you wake up in a society where you are expected to fulfill expectations and achieve great things. And those great things include jobs.
You greedily take the first job application given to you. It was an opportunity for goodness sake! It’s some easy currency for you to earn and a safer way to blend in to the crowd. Who could ever pass an oh so very tempting offer?
That is, until you regret meeting a certain dual faced, split personality polygon. Forced to work with her as a lowly intern until you eventually become her assistant, you start to undertake the paperwork and odd jobs assigned to you. There is barely any time to catch your breath before you dive your head into the suffocating hole of your toils and troubles.
Maybe you’ll leave all of this behind once you figure out where the hell you are and how you can go back to your original life.
Simple, right?
But sooner or later, you end up getting dragged into an even bigger mess than you’ve anticipated. Finding yourself confused on the same principles that have helped you navigate through life, you are unsure about what is real and not.
At least you’re not alone in this predicament.

HUMAN AU. PUNKS.
To exist is such a simple concept. It's something everything does. Usually balancing various things and duties everything must carry out on top of that.
To simply just exist is by far a difficult task to achieve. To just be there, not anywhere else. Not thinking about tomorrow or yesterday. You can't just not think of something, that's what it's so difficult to just exist.
Especially Ena, she's always got something on her mind. What jobs she has tomorrow, what things she said yesterday. Dreading on the past and her future, alas mostly the past is what she thinks about.
Sometimes in rare circumstances, she does just exist. Usually after certain things. Still just existing is a small accomplishment.

HUMAN AU CHRISTMAS FIC
December was in its second half. It officially being only a few days from Christmas, which meant the dreaded office party where there's tacky decorations as if it were a middle school dance and not a ton of adults. Fun right?
Ena usually never went to these kinds of events, she had better things to do than try to decipher if someone spiked the punch. Alas she went anyways this year. Purely because she was dragged by Taski. Totally not due to how the latter hinted at two.. coworkers? Acquaintances? Being there.

The OCs name is Sylvie. But no worries, her name isnt mentioned in the text, so you can still read this as a /reader fic! I tried to limit my use of Y/N, too. Sadly I couldnt find ways to ''erase'' her personality traits, so one could insert themselves in the story better.. Im soso sorry!
The story starts at the Snowglobe door; a door filled with cautious entities, with very curious personalities, yet a lack of ambition. They're all a small community, that revolves around the cold that is plaguing the region. Rumours blossom in the community, and since they've also never been courageous enough to leave the snowglobe door, seeing an ENA around has them scared, due to her being so infamous.

Everything to how she goes about her year to each breath is a routine. She counts months, days, hours, etc. every single second is dire to her. She's very restless because of it, although she has yet to stop. Everyone frequent in Ena's life has gotten used to this, hell if Ena got off a schedule that's when you knew something was up.
