Regulus is an alcoholic, Barty/Lily/Marlene are bipolar, James is our little ball of sunshine that's slowly burning out, Remus is addicted to fighting, Sirius is a serious (haha get it?) flaker, Pandora has self-image and SH issues, Mary and Dorcas are fine, and Peter isn't sure he can handle everyone's problems (fair enough Petey).
