It didn’t matter what lie Evie came up with, she was going to the Isle. Because the truth is, she missed it. She missed the Castle Across the Way, with all of its leering gargoyles and echoing stone. She missed the worst coffee in the world, stealing from any manor of market stalls, and she missed her Dizzy. Auradon was perfect, but she longed for something a little bit broken.
Evie tried to convince herself that this was the primary reason for her visit, but she just couldn't suppress the feelings for a certain pirate she used to date.
