Summary
Nights in 12 Grimmauld Place are for drinking and brooding in silence. When one night the kitchen turns out occupied, Sirius Black has to endure the presence of the newest polished pure-blood ornament in the Order. What was supposed to be a one-time awkward encounter turns into a series of late-night talks, too much firewhiskey and a dash of Slytherin pride sprinkled along the way, — making Sirius remember how to be more a person than a caged animal. And somewhere between bright pink bows and endless decrees, a scandal sharpens its quill.

Summary
Sirius Black escaped Azkaban after 12 years of false imprisonment. All that time, Remus Lupin has technically been a free man. And yet, he's been stuck in a prison of his own: guilt, regret, endless grief.
The day they meet again is the day the first crack of thaw appears. In true Sirius dramatics, he flees the country immediately after.
A few days later, a loud, large, brightly coloured bird appears at Remus' window, carrying a letter...

Summary
Regulus's bedroom at Number 12 Grimmauld Place is off-limits. Sirius has made sure that everyone knows that. He, however, has been drawn to the room across the hall from his own. He hasn't been able to open the door, but he can picture what it looks like on the other side. He remembers how Regulus always kept his room immaculately clean. Everything has a place and everything's in its place. When Sirius does finally open the door, he finds a letter that Regulus never sent, and it's addressed to him. That alone is enough to break him.
