Summary
Mega-Man and his team face a new challenge when Xander Payne escapes from custody and joins forces with Dr. Doppler, a mad scientist who plans to use a special mutagen to take over the world. Along for the ride are Chill and a small group of criminals acting as dimwitted henchmen who provide plenty of muscle. Luckily, the robotic hero has other allies in Maylu Sakurai, Chaud Blaze and newest addition to the group Lan Hikari, a tech savy young police officer. As they prepare for battle, the mysterious Isoc also emerges to pose an even greater threat to the planet.

When Sari Sumdac walked into her father's office on Tuesday, May 11, 20XX, she was expecting him to be passed out, or otherwise struggling against the needs of his body, such as food and rest.
What she did not expect to find was her father frantically scurrying about the lab, trying to organize his projects.
This immediately set off sirens in Sari's head. Her father was never organized for anything.

Summary
After defeating Dr. Wily once again, peace returned to Mega Man's world, but the price this time has changed him. The loss of his original home and what he thought had been a new friend left a wound that hasn't had enough time to heal. But when a new threat appears, Mega Man will have to push past his hurt to protect the peace and save his brother.
Meanwhile, Bass is coming to terms with his role as a Special Number despite not being able to complete his purpose. He can't help noticing his creator looks at him differently, he missed his opening to defeat Mega Man after all the planning that went into his creation. Then to allow his creator to be kidnapped by a new threat only makes him look worse. The Wily Robot Master will have to really prove he's the strongest this time.
And these two have to come together for real this time if they're ever going to take down all of King's Robot Masters.
