I didn’t want to see anyone get hurt, so I ran toward the fighting quartet. I drew out my sword, just in case I would need to defend myself.
“Stop, you fools!” I screamed, “Put your swords away! You don’t know what you’re doing!”
“We know right well what we’re doing!” the Capulet assured me.
“What, then?”
“Defending our men!” Abraham huffed.
“Look! Here comes another Capulet!” the Capulet pointed behind me.
I spun around to see Tybalt Capulet making his way toward us. I winced and turned away, but the image of him swaggering with a malicious smirk on his face seared into my memory. -
