Summary
Chandler Bing is a journalist for one of the many New York City newspapers, and it’s not as exciting as he’d thought it would be. When he’s told to interview up-and-coming actor, Joey Tribbiani, he figured he’d be in for a conversation with some self-obsessed asshole (he was a soap star after all), but instead Joey turns out to be friendly and easily charismatic. Not to mention he’s gorgeous.
Not that Chandler is paying any attention to that, of course. And, even if he was, what would a famous actor see in him? -

Ross has not seen Ben (now known as Helena), since she came out as transgender aged around 7/8 due to his transphobia. Now aged 16 Ross' daughter made communication with him via a Youtube video. This is Ross' response via a letter.

Friends is a 90’s Comedy TV show, based in Manhattan, about 6 friends who go through just about every life experience imaginable together; love, marriage, divorce (ah em, Ross), children, heartbreaks, fights, new jobs and job losses and all sorts of drama.
I did not write this summary I found it on google.
I do not own friends or anything attached to it. I am just turning the transcript into writing. If you have any tips or ideas for scenes let me know (dm on Pinterest, @cat_i12). This is the first out of ten “books” I am planning to write. It will take me a million years but I’ll get there eventually. This is the “first season” if you will, each episode will be one “chapter.” Have fun reading I hope I bring the essence friends has to words. A forewarning this will be very dialogue heavy because since I don’t own friends I don’t want to put thoughts into their heads so I am just going off what they say and do. I will try my best to make this entertaining.

Rachel had once asked her dad, “What if I don’t want to be a shoe?” And while the metaphor was pretty jumbled up, the point was, she didn’t want to be helpless anymore, she didn’t want to be indebted to someone else’s money.
So, she should just tell Ross she doesn’t want to be high-school Rachel anymore, right? Hell, she isn’t high school Rachel anymore, she hasn’t been that self-centered and air-headed for years. She still likes to look good, but what girl doesn’t?
“I’m more now than I ever was then!” she wants to yell at Ross. She wants to make him realize she’s better now, that she’s grown as a person, that she deserves respect and admiration for her transformation, even if she suffers setbacks sometimes.
But Ross probably wouldn’t listen anyway.
Not like Monica does.

In 90s New York, when the word 'gay' is an insult and your sexuality puts a target on your head, the story isn't as easy as that for Joey Tribbiani. All he wants to do most days is crawl out of his skin and find a place to hide. It doesn't help that his parents condemn homosexuality to hell. It doesn't help that he still doesn't know who he is. It doesn't help that he might be completely gone for his best friend. It certainly doesn't help that he now has to pretend-date said best friend.
It's messy, and complicated, and has way, way more heartbreak than 'boy meets girl'. And this, this is his story.
