Tommy didn't have many good things happen in his life, his parents were dead, he was put in foster care, his social worker doesn't really care, and he doesn't feel emotions and express them like other people from traumatic experiences, but when he gets put in a new house, he starts to realize that this home... might not be so bad.
And maybe he... isn't a 'he', after all.
Or, foster kid Tommy gets put in the Watson house! Bonding ensues, and maybe a bit of happiness, too. And 3/4 SBI are queer.

Tom (Tommy, he prefers) Inks lives with his two roommates, Tubbo and Ranboo, has a job at a café, pickpockets people, and also saved three people from getting killed, or worse.
Oh, and SBI find him and go "ours," Tommy has no say in the matter, slight trauma insues, but it's fiiiinnneee. Not to mention, the puppy brain he has longs for the family SBI -forcefully- offers (demands).
Did I mention hybrids exist? Oops.

"Please!" The guards were unphased; the room was in front of them now, and they shoved the kid in front of them; he tried to scramble onto his feet but failed as a guard kicked him back down.

The gods had turned on him the moment he was born.
Tommy almost wished he was killed by the god now.
The candles flickered— they were almost out, now. Maybe an hour or two left.
They flickered again, and Tommy furrowed his brows.It was… odd.
From the corner of his eye, he saw the candles flicker again, but it was more fast— aggressive, and as he turned to them, he wondered if that meant he was going to die now.When he felt cold air nip at his skin like ice and a large, threatening aura, he decided that, yes. Yes, it did.
Tommy realized he couldn't breathe as he heard footsteps come close, closer, closer— stop.
Or, Technoblade sees traumatized kid and goes "brother!!" Oh, Technoblade is also the God of War, Blood, and Love.

"Why do you have that on, sunshine?" The man's voice sounded sorrowful and affectionate.
Theseus couldn't be more than eighteen, the man— his brother, really, twenty-four.
His tears ran down his face, uncontrollable; "'Cause you are gone… and I miss you." Theseus held his gaze down to the floor.
"Why do you have to be gone so long?" He whispered into the dimly lit room, "I want you here," his voice cracked, full of pain.
"Don't worry about it, runt." Theseus almost felt a hand brush his hair to move it from his ear. Almost. "It's boring stuff."
This time, when he looked up, Technoblade wasn't there to pick him up and knock his crown off.
He wasn't there. Theseus finally realized he never would be— not anymore.
And, when Theseus died in the far, far future, he would be swept up into his brother's arms, coddled.
When Theseus walked out of that room, he was Tommy.
And Tommy smiled for the second time that night.
