    Tommy’s head shot up as he saw a flash of purple. Standing on the ruins was a tall guy dressed in complete black with purple accents all over his outfit.

    He gaped in surprise as the two villains in front of him turned around to look at the new arrival. Just his luck that the day he gets assigned this vigilante’s case is the day he gets to actually see him up close.

    “Who the fuck are you?” Frigid sounded confused, “and where the hell did you come from?”

    Tommy got a good look at the guy as he jumped down from the fountain and into the light of the lamps that lined the area. His suit was cool.

    Lethe looked over at Tommy, who straightened up, before disappearing, a pile of purple petals left in his wake.

    OR Tommy is a rising hero of the Nox Tower. Ranboo is his roommate. He cannot tell Ranboo that he is Theseus for the guy's safety. Also he needs to find out Lethe's civilian identity and bring him in. Chaos ensues.

He wasn't expecting anything different from usual when he was admitted yet again. But a short redhead with anger issues had the potential to save Dazai from this monotonous torture.
