Summary
Avalyn Tauri has been planning to join the riders quadrant for the last six years, ever since she discovered the reason behind Tyrrendor’s rebellion. Following an order from the King, she will have to enter the quadrant under her true name.
Now, her plans have to be adjusted as she realizes that she is going to be enemy number one in the quadrant, especially among the marked ones. Now, she will have to find a way to convince them that she is on their side, despite her family name.

Summary
He lets himself fall onto his well-worn suede couch, rubbing away the sting behind his eyes.
He focuses on his breathing, willing himself to calm down.
It really shouldn’t bother him so much. He should be used to it by now.
Still, it hurt.
“Well, I don't like seeing you so down.”
Jason springs up from the couch as if electrocuted. His eyes snap open and make contact with the man idly stirring a teaspoon through one of Jason’s mugs, staring back with a look of detached interest.
Jason deflates.
“What are you doing here?” he asks, walking over to turn off his coffee maker and fix whatever Grant pulled out of place.
“Just passing by. I figured I’d make a stop into your God forsaken city to see my favorite little trouble maker,” Grant says, his words dragging with the twinge of Southern drawl in what Jason could only describe as a purr.
Or: Jason dealing with his difficult family is not his first nor last rodeo. Good thing he has Grant to put up with him—at least, for as long as Jason can keep him latched.

Jason's not a bat. Not anymore. Still, he's used to bat levels of respect for privacy and general personal space. So he can blame that on why he doesn't kick Ravager out the first time.
(Grant doesn't have the same excuse for why he keeps coming back, but in his defense Jason's hot.)
