Between the events of Turnabout Legacy and A Turnabout Forsaken (AAI2: Prosecutor's Gambit), Phoenix invites Miles over to bake a cake together and have a chat.
Cute, domestic fluff interspersed with Miles working through his identity crisis in AAI2. Phoenix being a good friend (and a lil flirt) throughout.

From the moment the Judge banged his gavel, Edgeworth was relentless. But it wasn’t his usual cunning, calculated cleverness—it was an aggressive, cruel hostility. He was purposefully aiming to humiliate, tearing down Phoenix’s arguments with a malignance that Phoenix hadn’t seen since the dark days of the Von Karma era.
“Really, Wright?” Edgeworth sneered across the courtroom. “Your performance today is utterly piteous. It is an embarrassment to the legal profession, let alone this court. Look at you, grasping at straws like a drowning amateur. I almost have to remind myself who you are, because watching you stumble through these elementary arguments, it is as if this is your very first trial against me.”
Phoenix flinched. Ouch. Edgeworth... where is this coming from? What did I do?

Edgeworth suddenly starts acting like the Demon Prosecutor again, and Phoenix knows something is wrong. He is determined to get to the bottom of it.
Takes place after the original trilogy but before the disbarment era. No amnesia, no time travel. Lots of feelings, pining, and angst. Your Honor, they are in love. Don't worry, I reward them after I put them through it.
