Collei was free finally free and unshackled, she could see the world she could do so many things. As she left the walls ready to meet up with Cyno who had promised to take her to Sumeru, a land that flowed with knowledge
"Where might you be going, Little Wanderer?" called out a voice all to familiar to her, she could almost feel the ice creeping up her arms again.
Despite the feeling Collei turned around to face him, smug with blue hair framing the side of his face, the moonlight's glow and the shadows gave him an almost divine like appearance.
"I'm leaving." she said hoping she sounded braver than she felt, "The monster is contained, I'm not a threat to your city anymore. So leave me alone."
"The monster will always be inside of you, once a monster always a monster, you can't hide forever" chuckled Kaeya Alberich, his voice twinging on bitterness, leaving the words echoing in her head and calling out one last sentence, "It'll be quite entertaining to see you try though."
Once a monster always a monster.
Suddenly she didn't feel so certain but when did she ever feel that, Kaeya wouldn't bully her into submission.
Still it almost sounded as if he was talking from experience.

Damian Al Ghul ends up in Gotham after ‘beating’ his Mother, Talia Al Ghul, in a fight she let him win. Hurt and confused he is told to find his father, Damian runs into Red Hood and asks him to take him to Batman.
But when Damian meets his ‘father’ he’s unpleasantly surprised to find that he is very young, way too… nice? And not as, tough, as his mother described.

Hallucination, right? Has to be. But then Stoick pressed his axe close enough to graze the bottom of Hiccups chin and nope, nope, not a hallucination. “I— I don’t understand.”
“Did the dragon get you? Have you seen it?”
“Dragon,” Hiccup repeated numbly. Dragon. He knew that word. Definitely knew it. It sure sounded familiar. “Dr—Dragon! The dragon. Right, um, yes, right, uh— Yellow scales, four wings… that dragon?”
“Are there other dragons about?” It wasn’t a rhetorical or teasing question, but a man asking how many enemies were around him.
“No, uh. No. I just… I saw it crash into the ground and— wait, you crashed with it?” Hiccup suddenly realized. “What were you doing with that dragon?!”
Stoick leaned back from Hiccup just long enough to raise his axe. “What do you think I was trying to do, boy?”
Oh.
Oh.

Hiccup is still mourning the death of his father one year prior when a mysterious dragon crashes, somehow bringing a Stoick from the past with it. For a moment, it's like a miracle, until he realizes that this version of his father isn't the one he lost, but the one he's spent years trying to forget.
