Summary
During an adventure gone wrong, Jax accidentally picks up something he shouldn’t have, and it starts to change him. What begins as strange numbness and static pain slowly turns into something far more dangerous, a corruption in his very code. He hides it from the others, pretending everything’s fine even as his body breaks down piece by piece. But as the circus begins to blur and glitch around him, Jax starts to suspect his illness might be the key to something bigger—maybe even a way out.
TL;DR: I give Jax some of my own health issues and some extra stuff, dial them up to 100, and laugh at his suffering.

This wasn’t right at all. Paranoia began creeping into Ji’s mind. What’s happening? Why has he stopped fighting back?
In the end, that ship ended up with a couple more passengers than it should have.
