Summary
Bumblebee after years of trying has finally convinced Optimus and the rest of high command that he can join the hunting division of the Autobots. But his very first battle goes wrong. Really wrong. It all happened so fast and now he's MIA, and probably going to die in a nest of dragons who eat human flesh to heal their wounds. But the dragon that took him doesn't seem to keen on sharing him with the rest of the dragons in the nest and maybe the mindless monsters aren't as mindless as everyone seems to think they are.
(Based a bit on MHW based a bit of HTTYD but not enough to tag I don't think)

A person named Starscream should've been created on the planet of Cybertron. And he was, as far as history was concerned. He was - twice. What an oddity...
He was supposed to live long, be a general, a coward, a survivor, a different person altogether. But he was dead before he even had the chance to live. The second one, he was never supposed to be Starscream. He was never supposed to have a name, to be created. Alas, Primus had different plans for them.
One to die and one to live, where it should've been the other way around.

After all is said and done, Soundwave /should/ feel a measure a relief now that his life of war is over. But even in the quiet goings on of his day-to-day life in New Iacon, he can't seem to stop thinking about certain things the war ruined. Things that he himself helped ruin.
He also can't help thinking that he might be able to fix a few of these things. Knowing Starscream, though, it wasn't going to be easy.
