Summary
It had been weeks since Bell had refused to sleep, had promised Indeera and Burryaga he would at least *try,* and tonight Bell desperately wanted to break that promise. He rarely did but stars he wanted to. He wanted to push back sleep until his eyes burned, until his speech slurred and his skin buzzed with unneeded adrenaline because if he slept there was a chance this became a dream within a dream and Bell knew he would not survive it.
“Don’t overthink Padawan, I can hear your brain from here.”
Loden’s voice was gently chiding, and Bell merely buried his face into the pillow beneath him.
“Sorry.” He apologised quietly, eyes flicking up to Lodens face. His eyes were tired, the brown iris’s warm and gentle. But Bell could see the shadows were there, in the bruises under Loden’s own eyes. Bell knew they would morph into blood curdling nightmares. But not tonight. He would make sure of it, somehow.
He couldn’t do it for himself, but he would do so for Loden. Would blind and burn himself in the Force to make it happen.
Survival is never pretty, or easy. But they did, and they would face the aftermath together. One way or another.

Summary
It was…. freeing. To not be recognised.
Here, he wasn’t Former Chancellor Kyong Greylark’s cult-conspirator son. He wasn’t the Chaos child of Elecia Zeveron.
Here, he was merely Gella Nattai’s friend.
That was a title he could wear with honour.
Axel and Gella, after the dust settles.

Summary
Bells fingers gently threaded through his hair, caressing them like Burryaga was one of Bell's beloved hounds. Perhaps he was, in the eyes of some.
Burryaga hitched Bells legs over his shoulder, pressing a tender kiss to the soft flesh, eyes slipping half closed as he peered up at Bell through his lashes.
“May I?”
Bell, beautiful, precious Bell. He smiled, like Burryaga was asking for a kiss and not to drain Bell of the very ichor that kept him alive.
Bell smiled, tender and private, his cheeks flushed and lips still slick with spit.
“Go on, take what you need.”

Summary
In which the Clone Wars do not end with betrayal, death and a burning temple that was home to thousands. It's not a perfect ending, wounds still seeping with blood, with distrust and regret. But it's better.
In this galaxy, things could be fixed.Shaak smiled, petting the grass invitingly. “We are quite alright Ahsoka. Thank you for joining us today. I know you probably would rather spend your time with those your own age, rather than two old Masters’ like us.” Her voice was light and joking, washing over them like the strum of a harp.
Clearly, Shaak’s joke had eased Ahsoka’s discomfort, her shoulders slumping into a more eased position.
“I wouldn’t dream of being anywhere else.” She replied, her voice surprisingly tender and quiet. Like the young girl couldn’t quite fathom that they were Infront of her.

Summary
After a year of separation, Burryaga doesn't hesitate to re-acquaint himself with Bell.
The low murmur of conversation leaked through the door, Senators and party goers wandering the halls as the gala continued, but Burryaga didn’t focus on any of that. Didn’t focus on the chatter, the sound of constant footsteps that passed by their room. Not when he had a much better thing to focus on, just below him.
It was dark, the curtains drawn on their balcony blocking out the moon's rays. But Burryaga could just make Bell out below him.
And by the Light what a sight he made.

Summary
He plunges his sword into the ground — a familiar, practiced motion. The world pauses for a moment, and he sees the purple threads of blighted chroma ensnaring Gustave; pulls, yanking them towards himself. The pulsing chroma freezes for a second, tightening around the engineer. Then, like a pouncing predator, jumps at Verso.
The world starts moving again. A wave of nausea and fatigue almost knocks Verso to the ground, and it’s a miracle that he manages to dodge the next attack.
Gustave is staring at him, trying to process what just happened.
“Run,” Verso croaks.
Or: 5 times Verso carried Gustave’s burden and the 1 time Gustave carried his.

Summary
When she first wakes she actually assumes her mother has returned to the Canvas and restored them all.
This assumption feels legitimized by her waking in the manor, tucked into bed and nowhere near the Reach where she had finally found rest.
Except…
Except, when she goes up to the garden she can see a glowing golden 33 painted on the Monolith's face.
Something has gone wrong.
Or; After being unpainted, Alicia somehow wakes up before Expedition 33 step foot on the Continent and decides “y’know what? It's time for me to be the main character!”

Summary
”To the honorable Jedi Council,” the boy began, expression slightly pained, “several months ago, war broke out amongst the three factions that call Melida/Daan home.”
Qui-Gon’s brows furrowed as he continued listening.
“The Melida and Daan Elders joined forces in their attempt to extinguish the third faction, one made up of the children of both Melida and Daan who had hoped to bring an end to the fighting that had plagued our world since before we were born.” His words echoed across the chamber, and Qui-Gon shifted uncomfortably at the looks he received from a few councillors.
Nield was still speaking. ”Our attempts to form a government have been met with hostility…” Nield’s brow was furrowed, “As acting-governor, I would like to request Jedi assistance in mediating this issue.” There was a sour look on his face as he made the request.
Qui-Gon remembered the overly confident boy. Remembered the glint of satisfaction in his eye when he outmaneuvered Qui-Gon on the shores of Lake Weir. Why hadn’t the request come from Obi-Wan?
”We await your response,” Nield concluded, the hologram fading.

Summary
Kai was giving Bell another look, something smug and teasing, and Bell quickly regretted it. “Anyone you’re excited to see back on Coruscant?”
Bell narrowed his eyes at the kid who was doing his best to look very innocent. “We have a lot of friends on Coruscant. It’ll be good to get back to the Temple and our fellow Jedi.”
“You know that’s not what I meant.”
“What did you mean then?” Bell stared at his padawan, almost daring the boy to say it. Of course, this was giving away far more than simply laughing Kai off, but Bell couldn’t help it. There was truth to Kai’s teasing, truth that Bell had never spoken aloud but was beginning to acknowledge. And if Kai could recognize it, who else could?
