The summer of 1989 has come and before they head off to their future paths, The Party spends their days at the rebuilt Starcourt Mall, cooling off from the oppressive heat. While Max and Lucas get their friends to smuggle them into the movies for dates free of charge, Mike and Will try their hardest to not work stuck as theater minions at The Hawkins Cineplex.
