See, Romeo doesn’t actually know where Harry lives. He’s pretty sure he’s heard James mumble about his father Tony under his breath at one point or another. He thinks that guy owns the Hutch restaurant, considering the last name. He hasn’t seen Harry lingering around there though, is pretty sure he doesn’t even share that name either – something along the lines of Thompson had been written on the greeting cards he’d seen placed on the wedding tables.
So maybe that’s one way him and his dad have been able to connect – shitty fathers.
//or alternatively: my version of how Romeo went out to search for a way to bring James and Harry back together and found something for himself in the process

Summary
All good love stories have to start somewhere. This particular love story starts in a library. More specifically, in the West Wing of the library at Hollyoaks Manor.
All James wanted when he arrived at the Hollyoaks estate was to work on his thesis and be done - hopefully avoiding conversation with the various family members along the way. What he did not expect was to fall in love with the son of Lord Hutchinson - Harry Hay. But... these things happen, after all.
Kind of a Downton Abbey/Hollyoaks AU
