Summary
Jeno Lee is the skilled Vice Captain of the Cloquet High Varsity Hockey team.
Jaemin Na, who is a medical student, loves to tell Jeno how much he means to him.Through words, through hugging, through kissing, they form a deeper bond—a bond so tight that Jeno can't believe what he's emotionally capable of.
However, he didn’t fully think about his consequences: the team, the sport, the school. He knows how sheltered they are, how they don't like people who aren't like them. How would Jeno tiptoe his feelings around every relationship, every encounter, every exchange, just so he doesn’t get caught?
And most importantly, or so Jaemin thought, how would this affect their relationship, supposedly being nothing to Jeno?

The guy raised an eyebrow. “You work here?”
Jaemin blinked. “Obviously.”
The guy’s tone was flat. “I was told this place handles custom commissions.”
“We do.”
“Good,” he said. “I need some hanboks designed for an event next month.”
Jaemin tilted his head, annoyed by the guy’s tone, not rude, not exactly, but condescending in that upper-class, I-don’t-know-how-to-talk-to-service-workers kind of way.
“We’re booked until late April,” Jaemin said. “Unless you’re on our priority list, it’ll be a wait.”
“I was told to give my name.” He straightened slightly, like that was supposed to mean something. “Lee Jeno.”
Jaemin didn’t react. The name meant nothing to him. Not yet.Or:
Jaemin remembers another life. The way he loved when he wasn’t supposed to.
Jeno doesn’t remember anything at all.
When their paths cross again in another life, something unspoken pulls them together…and just as forcefully pushes them apart.
What begins as friction soon unravels into something deeper, tangled with memories neither of them can explain.
Some connections defy logic. Some wounds outlive lifetimes.
And some truths are buried for a reason.

Summary
Jaemin's learned a thing or two about letting go of a feeling so saccharine, something so close to his heart that his body doesn't feel like it's working correctly without it.
However, finding out his ex-lover goes to his university forces him to learn something more extreme: giving up. Shrugging and forcing himself to not care, whether he wants to or not.
Even worse? They're dorm mates.

Summary
Jeno is self-aware enough to know he has wickedness in him, he's never tried to hide it. Jaemin on the other hand, is burdened by unspeakable shame and bitter self-loathing. Call it fate or coincidence, they found it each other amidst their darkest days.
(This work has already been completed under the Love me to Life series - this version is a rewrite with a more fleshed out plot and older characters)
