He's merely a middle-management employee cloned from the original Captain America, sporting that iconic face but living a nine-to-five (or rather, three-in-the-morning) working-class life. His daily routine includes filling out task reports, attending boring performance reviews, and competing with colleagues for parking spaces... oh, and managing the "asset" assigned to him by the organization: the legendary Winter Soldier.

    Yes, the timeline is a bit messy; in this timeline, S.H.I.E.L.D. was never infiltrated, and Hydra might have even disguised itself as a legitimate company.

    Or, perhaps, Captain Hydra, but not in the way you might think.
