"Shit," he says. Small trembles clings to Eddie's fingers, lingering there, ever-shaking, as if the earthquake that tore through Hawkins continues on through him. "How do you do it, man?" his voice shakes.
"I slept with the nailed bat and the light in my bedroom and hallway on for months, before I was able to get through a night without reaching for a weapon at least once," he says. "When I was finally able to sleep without the bat by my bedside, I kept it in the trunk of my car. I literally couldn't go anywhere without it," he says everything in a steady voice, but his expression is haunted. "I still can't sleep with the light off, and I jump when the electricity blips and the lights flicker."Turning his head, Steve looks at Eddie and meets his eyes. A small smile quirks crookedly from his lips. "What I mean to say is, I don't."
In the days after their battle against Vecna, Eddie slowly comes to terms with everything that's happened and finds a deeper bond with Hawkins resident monster hunters than he ever expected to find. And maybe, just maybe, he can find his way back to shore.

Or, Steve has nightmares and finds that the piano is just as good at chasing the shadows away, as music ever was in freeing their minds from Vecna himself.

Percy's ex finds out about the greek gods existing at the same time as everyone else in the world. This causes him to reach back out to Percy. Apollo doesn't like this at all.

Sebastian thought of Percy Jackson a lot, and he always hoped he would see him again, if only to apologize.
This wasn’t what he pictured though. He was never one to watch the news or even keep up with it. He got all his news from twitter (he’s aware that isn’t great, ok). So it was a big shock when he logged onto twitter Sunday night to find Percy’s face plastered all over his feed along with trending tags like #greekgods, #hellenism, #zeus, etc.
So, apparently the Greek gods were real, and Percy was a demigod. Sebastian was less surprised by the second part than he was the first. Percy certainly seemed pretty godly to him.
