Summary
Light hasn't really had to think much about romance - outside of the obligatory, occasional outing with a girl, expected of the sort of guy he's seen as.
When he discovers feelings of genuine romantic attraction blooming from the least predictable source, he's surprisingly quick to accept it. After all, who else could ever be a worthy partner to the god of the new world but another god?

Summary
Japan is under siege by a terrifying rash of yokai attacks and Detective L Lawliet, a downtrodden supernatural investigator, is decently sure that an otherwise innocent college student may be squarely at the center of it.
Between mangy stray cats with too many eyes, untraceable weblinks made of flesh and blood, and Yagami Light's strange new appetite, L still finds ways to be faced with something more terrifying than ravenous demons. Summary
After Light's death, a bored and strangely lonely Ryuk is given a chance to do it all over again. He drops the Death Note, determined to make his favourite human's lifespan last a little longer this time. It's just for the entertainment, of course.
However, Ryuk didn't expect to find a Light Yagami whose smiles were genuine and whose company was a quiet comfort. Now, the Death God, who thought he was just prolonging a game, finds himself utterly, hopelessly devoted to a boy who has no memory of their past. And Light, for his part, can't explain the warm, safe feeling he gets whenever his Shinigami is near.

Summary
As a newborn Shinigami, Light is a handful. Ryuk has to learn how to care for the unhinged creature while also shielding him from the dangers of the Shinigami Realm; this becomes a lot more difficult when Light proves to be even more animalistic than expected.

Summary
Light isn’t Kira. Probably. He’s pretty sure he’d remember that - no, he’s definitely innocent. But it’d be nice to be able to say so with some conviction, or retain any kind of certainty, if he could just think of anything beyond the infuriating fucking cackling in his head.
