Midoriya blanched. “You think Kacchan is interested in Utsushimi?”
He seemed doubtful, so Ashido shoved Kirishima’s phone in his face. “Do you see this smile? That is the smile of boy who is head-over-heels smitten, am I right?”
Midoriya actually took the time to look at the picture critically, though he shot an uneasy look towards Kirishima before he answered. “Umm, y-yeah,” he said as he started to back away, hiding behind Uraraka like a shield. “It definitely looks like Kacchan is in love.”

He has a good job, good friends, and by all measures a pretty nice life, even though it's not what he wanted back in the day, what he thought he'd be living.
And at the same time, he keeps wondering:Is this...it?
It's not until a long-lost friend comes back into his life that Bakugou starts to wonder if he could maybe do better than just existing.

Eijirou always found scars manly.
Heroes had them, no doubt. Scars were manly, badass, a sign of victory and survival. Some permanent, some temporary. They were beautiful flaws, and everyone had one at least. Eijirou always found himself admiring the little scars on people. To the scars along Midoriya’s hands, the dark burn on Todoroki’s face. The lightning-like scars on Kaminari’s arms, the barely noticeable cuts around Sero’s elbows. The areas on Mina’s skin which was dark from her acid, the burnt over patches on Bakugou’s palms, thick from explosions.
Eijirou found it all beautiful, but for some strange reason, he never found his own scars as beautiful as they were on others.
In which Eijirou learns to love his scars, and how they're a part of who he is.

Katsuki looked up at him after he took another sip, bringing the bowl straight to his lips. And there he was, Mr. No Personal Space. Katsuki bent his head back, ignoring his question as he closed his eyes and drank the rest of the broth. He heard a light chuckle and then a full bowl was placed in front of him.

Kirishima chuckled again, his laughter shaking them both as he hugged Bakugo closer. “That’s a big promise, Katsuki.”
“I’m serious,” Bakugo said, pulling back enough to stare at him. “I’ll pour Italian wine in your mouth, I’ll feed you grapes like you’re a Greek god, I don’t care. Just name it. Anything. We’re doing it.”
The grin on Kirishima’s face softened, the teasing melting into something warm and almost bashful. “You’d do all that just for a kiss, huh?”
Bakugo didn’t hesitate, didn’t even blink. “For your kisses? Yeah.”
