Damian just wanted to relax for a little bit in the schools library, he was not expecting to find a boy who looked too young to be in middle school having a panic attack. As he helped the boy calm down alarms where ringing in his head, something was seriously wrong with the kid. He was cagey, and not being honest with him, he also looked completely terrified. For some reason unknown to him he really wanted to help this boy, and how was he going to do that? Simple bring him home, if he couldn't get the boy to open up surely Father, Pennyworth, Todd, or Grayson could. They each have their own methods surely one would work.

Tim absolutely hates school with a passion, so much so that everyday he hides in the library and has a panic attack. He usually goes unnoticed but today was different. He was spotted by Damian Wayne AKA Robin. Robin was helping him through a panic attack which was both one of the coolest and most embarrassing things he as ever experienced. Those feeling continued to fight within him as Damian insisted he go home with him. He was unable to stop the whirl of emotions as he got into the car that Mr. Pennyworth was driving. This was the start of either the best of worst time of his life.

Bruce Wayne was dead. "Batman" was still around--that's how Tim Drake knew that something had gone truly, spectacularly wrong. Then - even worse - the rampage of Red Robin. Tim's Robin, his hero, murdering dozens. His plan didn't really have steps beyond (1) Get to Robin and (2) Convince Him to Stop. But somehow, against all the odds, it worked.
That was meant to be the end of the story. Tim, delivering a repentant Jason Todd to a grateful family and then returning to his previous life, watching them from afar. But, the Bats were far more broken than he expected. Stopping Red Robin was only the beginning.

The Wayne family's Sunday afternoon vibes are shattered when Jason and Tim's sparring session goes a little too far. Neither Bruce nor Tim handles it well, but they have family to help. Featuring Alfred's near-superhuman ability to show up at the right time, my fervent conviction that Bruce Wayne could write a great children's mystery series, and lots of mostly wholesome family bonding.
Set in a kinder, gentler timeline than DC gave us where Jason Todd was saved just in time and Tim Drake entered his found family a few years early (see notes below).

As if to emphasize his point, Tim titled his head to the side and tapped his neck with an index finger twice. Bruce's eyes zeroed in on the glorious bite mark there. It was common for an omega to bear a bonding bite, but it was even more uncommon to see an alpha with it. Usually, this meant a proof of ultimate devotion from the dominant party.
