To put it simply, Vulpes Inculta did not trust the courier's dog. Most of his limbs were missing and replaced with metal, his brain was in a glass case, and on the side of his body the Legion Bull was displayed proudly in faded red paint. While the courier slept, Vulpes decided to put Rex's Legion loyalty to the test.
