Oma Kokichi is infamous amongst his class for being a pathological liar - whether to get attention or boost his own ego - nobody knows the truth as to why he’s acting the way he does, but they know one thing for sure; every sentence that comes out of his mouth is something untrue, even if he speaks with sincerity.
For years, Kokichi has struggled with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, known as POTS. This is a condition of his that he’s attempted to hide from the others, as he’s scared they’ll believe he’s lying again, but for the first time ever, they witness something truthful from him.
